CASH IN BANK
Recording of Cash in Bank Transactions
Monthly Reconciliation of CIB COH (HO)
Reconciling of Account with Bank
Monitoring of movement on CIB (Cash in and Out)
Reconciling of Loans interests debited in Account against the recorded per book
In-Charge of online fund transfers and/or payments to the third party
Coordinating with Accounting Sites with regards to unidentified Cash-In in CIB
Coordinate Checks for signature and for payment
Print and release checks
Maintain monitoring and weekly reports
PAYROLL and GOCC
Assisting HR/Admin with regard to Online Payroll Distribution
Checking and/or processing payments for GOCC
RECEIVABLES
Perform Credit Investigation / Interview via phone calls or email
Responsible for the verification of information provided by clients
OTHERS / GENERAL
Prepares Accounting Memorandums
Oversee Site CIB/COH and Subsidiary
Perform Credit Investigation and financial stability of prospective clients
Coordinate with the team for improvements to the Accounting Process
Identifies and recommends updates to accounting processes and procedures.
Oversees the system of internal controls over accounting functions to minimize risk.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
