KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
PROJECT AND FINANCIAL REPORTING AND ANALYSIS
· Review month end reports
· Review actual vs budget report
· Review job costing report
GENERAL LEDGER AND BUDGET CONTROL
· Review of payment requests vs budget
· Review and encode approved budget
· Review contract listing and variation order submitted if within budget
· Reconciliation of budget with Project Development Team
· Review bank reconciliation
· Prepare consolidation of non-operating properties
· Review Balance Sheet Account Recon & Analysis
· Review intercompany reconciliation
· Review Alpha list for Expanded Withholding Tax
· Review SLS / SLP / SLI for VAT
· Review of Quarterly ITR
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
· Certified Public Accountant
· At least 3 years of related accounting work experience in real estate, hospitality, high-rise and/or township developments
