Supervises bookkeeping and accounting services done by staff to ensure the integrity of the financial records including maintenance of accurate A/P and A/R files, journal entries, reporting, preparation of bank reconciliation and other schedules, and custodianship of petty cash to various complex clients in accordance with the established accounting standards.
1. Maintains, subsidiary ledgers, registers, reconciliations and content analyses supporting GL balances.
2. Designs, prepares, analyzes and interprets financial statements and other financial
reports for management.
3. Develops solutions to a variety of problems requiring use and application of
accounting concepts, practices and techniques
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of BS Accountancy or any equivalent degree
2. Must have at least 3 years work experience with 1 year as supervisor
3. Familiar with tax regulations and Financial Statement preparation
4. Must have a background in General Accounting , Taxation, and Bookkeeping
