Description
· Performs auditing, recording and filing of daily transactions from Sales department and inventory.
· Prepares weekly and monthly sales, Balance Materials & Balance Collectibles Report
· Assist Sales Personnel from time to time
· Issues Violations & errors to Sales personnel
· Prepares accounting memorandums
· Filing of 201 file of commissioners and contractors
· Perform accounting and clerical functions to support Accounting Supervisor.
· Records business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system.
· Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports and other records.
· Work with adding machines, calculators, databases and bank accounts.
· Perform assigned task from time to time of their superior.
· Countering of supplier's billing
· First checking of countered sales invoices with delivery receipt attachments
· Prepares pricelist from suppliers and distribute to branches.
· Assist purchasing department with supplier's price and payables by first checking billing.
· Accept and assist client inquiries through phone.
· Records daily expenses and prepares annual expenses in preparation with Annual ITR filing.
· Submits monthly reports to the External Accountant.
· Counter checking of other Auditors reports.
· Orient new personnel with regards to accounting policies & procedures.
· Counter checking computation of employees' benefits and claims with gov't agencies.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 5
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
