Job Summary: Responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports ensuring compliance with accounting control procedures.
Job Description:
1) Reviews and analyzes the project cost reports and business unit income statements on a monthly basis;
2) Ensures that all revenues and costs related to the projects and business units are matched and properly booked;
3) Reviews all accounting entries pertinent to revenue and cost accounting section;
4) Maintains all profit and loss account of projects and business units;
5) Monitors all projects and business unit receivables and payables;
6) Supervises accounting related activities;
7) Preparation of revenue and cost projections; and
8) Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications Required:
Must be graduate of BS Accountancy
Must be a Licensed CPA
With at least 5 years supervisory experience
Must be knowledgeable in the whole accounting system
Has working knowledge on taxation relative to the construction industry
Has the capability to organize, lead, control and motivate people along with excellent communication skills
