ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR- GENERAL LEDGER
Job Description
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or any related field
With at least 5 years of work experience in related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with MS Office
Proficient with writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
Willing to report on Sunday-Thursday, 11:00AM-8:00PM
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and monitor lease transactions, in terms of proper recording in the books and accounting treatment.
Handles reconciliation of lease accounting data with stakeholders.
Monthly reconciliation of inter-affiliate transactions and posting to Oracle.
Summarizing all the international purchases
Record of international purchase by Telegraphic Transfers in Oracle
Reconcile payments vs. shipment received
Monitor monthly summary of open PO and coordinate status
Monthly recording of warehouse to warehouse stocks transfer
Calculate monthly provision for obsolescence based on ageing report
Participate in cost data cleansing/reconciliation with concerned department
Assisting in preparation of year-end audit schedules
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
