JOB DESCRIPTION:
Payroll processing and year-end reconciliation and filing of alphabetical listing of taxes withheld from employees' compensation
Monthly and Quarterly compliance reporting to PEZA and BIR (1601C, 0619E, 2550Q).
Accounting reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis (e.g. Weekly Fund, Bank Reconciliation and Monthly Budgeting Report)
Assists in preparing a range of accounting and finance documents particularly during external audit
Execute general tasks in the Accounting Department
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
Three to five years (3-5) of working experience in general and taxation accounting with minimum 1 year in supervisory position
Advance skills on MS Office and has experience using accounting software
Proven knowledge on bookkeeping and accounting principles and practices
Highly organized with high attention to details and accuracy
Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills to meet set deadline
