Accounting Supervisor (finance) - taguigGJ Holdings on behalf of GJH Sercons, Inc.

Ensures the accuracy of sales invoice creation
Ensures sales invoices were countered and collected on time
Ensures that the AR aging, sales report and collection report are updated and accurate
Ensures disbursement vouchers were processed and paid on time
Ensures that the DV monitoring, expense report and payables are updated and accurate
Regular reporting to accounting manager and management
Coordination with accounting manager and team leaders
Regular meeting with the accounting team
Maintain order in the accounting department (AP and AR)
Ensures the timely generation of working trial balance
Ensures all business transactions are reasonable, appropriate, and comply with operational policies and procedures
Responds to management's directives and seeks clarification on assignments when needed.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Ensures efficient and effective accounting operations and flow of financial information for the department.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (BSA)
With more than three years of significant experience in Accounting and Finance
Expert in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet, including their functionalities
Ability to work well with others, self-starter, results-driven, honest, persistent, enthusiastic, diligent and determined
Willing to work from Monday to Saturday onsite
Willing to commute or relocate before deployment (Required)
