Qualifications:
Preferably with bachelor's degree in accountancy
6 months to 2 years of accounting experience.
CPA license is a MUST
Job Description:
Checks and reviews accounts payable voucher for trade and non-trade suppliers.
Checks and reviews journal entries needed for FS closing.
Checks and reviews schedules and computation of tax returns, including alpha lists and RELIEF.
Attends to BIR-related cases (LOA), attend consultation meetings with the BIR auditor and external consultant, if any.
Checks and reviews Debit and/or Credit Memo on personal calls made on company-issued phones.
Checks and reviews account schedules and reconciliations.
Generates monthly financial reports, ensures correctness and completeness of data, and prepares initial draft of management reports for checking of the Accounting Manager.
Assists the Accounting Manager in preparation of ad hoc reports as required by the management.
Monitors unliquidated cash advances. Coordinate with the concern staff and Immediate Head.
Supervises Accounting Assistant(s) in assigned areas including initiating work assignment, monitoring accomplishments, ensuring quality standards of performance training, evaluation and disciplinary actions.
Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of the workplace.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time on a daily basis.
