PROJECT AND FINANCIAL REPORTING AND ANALYSIS
Review month end reports
Review actual vs budget report
Review job costing report
GENERAL LEDGER AND BUDGET CONTROL
Review of payment requests vs budget
Review and encode approved budget
Review contract listing and variation order submitted if within budget
Reconciliation of budget with Project Development Team
Review bank reconciliation
Prepare consolidation of non-operating properties
Review Balance Sheet Account Recon & Analysis
Review intercompany reconciliation
Review Alpha list for Expanded Withholding Tax
Review SLS / SLP / SLI for VAT
Review of Quarterly ITR
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
Certified Public Accountant
At least 3 years of related accounting work experience in real estate, hospitality, high-rise and/or township developments
