Accounting Supervisor / asst. managerCTT.Synergy Corporation

As the Assistant Finance Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams in providing data-driven results and reports that would help advance the company financially, helping them nudge in managing the company's finances in the right direction.
What You Will Do:
Assist in overseeing the daily accounting records of the company as a whole. You will ensure constant communication with the company's outsourced accounting team to deliver timely government-related requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and business units to ensure proper recording of the organization's financial records to ensure that the company's financials are correctly reflected and accurate to aid high-level management decisions.
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining proper financial and accounting protocols.
Accounts payable and receivable are verified, allocated, posted, and reconciled.
Analyze financial data and provide a summary of the financial situation.
Examine accounting systems and practices and make recommendations for changes.
Assist in managing statutory reporting, by doing the required checks on the company's accounting system:
Cross-checking whether sale transactions are properly logged from the respective sales channels into the accounting system
Assisting in ensuring purchase invoices match the accounting system's accounts payable & are paid on time
Assist in month-end processes and period roll procedures and collaborate with the finance department in analyzing financial data for weekly meetings.
What We Look For:
Graduate with a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or any related field.
At least 2 years of experience working in finance; experience working in the retail industry is a plus.
With Certification and Licenses (i.e., CPA) is an advantage but not a requirement.
With strong analytical skills, data-driven and has strong communication skills.
Keen to details and can provide accurate and timely reports.
Has experience in utilizing and navigating software tools such as MS Office and other related software tools.
