The Accounting Personnel or Staff is responsible for reviewing accounting records. He or she is responsible for the accuracy and reliability of financial information. He or she is tasks to audit accounting records and reconcile accounts. He or she is also responsible for preparing summary of observations and findings to be communicated to Management and prepare the financial statements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Review accounting records against actual documents.
2. Document discrepancies and reconcile them.
3. Review expense reports and determine necessary adjustments.
4. Determine accrual and deferral journal entries and recommend the necessary journal entries
5. Present discrepancies to management and recommend for proper accounting treatment.
6. Summarize monthly transactions and prepare the monthly financial reports.
Job Qualifications:
1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy/Accounting Technician.
2. Preferably with certification,
3. 2-4 years of bookkeeping and financial accounting experience.
4. Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Excel, Word, & Powerpoint).
5. Can start ASAP
6. Willing to work in CAINTA RIZAL
