Job Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or related program
Preferably with CPA License
At least 1 year experience with tax filing with BIR
Knowledgeable on payroll matters
Job Description:
Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of all tax related matters, including but not limited to income tax, VAT, FWT, EWT, CWT, reconciliation of payroll postings with HR, balance sheet reconciliation, tax forecasting and government contributions
Prepare tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports.
Manage and maintain the company's tax database.
Ensure you comply with regulations by forwarding required information to local authorities.
Offer support and guidance during audits.
Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax reports.
Filing and complying with BIR Regulations.
Enter accounting related information into business logs.
Inspect account books for efficiency and accuracy.
Organize and update financial records.
Prepare payroll for employees semi-monthly.
