ACCOUNTING STAFF
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and file vouchers and statement of accounts.
Answer phone calls and communicate with clients.
File, sort and copy records of business transactions and other activities.
Assist in maintaining records of sales and customer transactions.
Update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Open and sort incoming mails, answer correspondence and prepare outgoing mails.
Deliver messages and run errands
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures including confidentiality of client's information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any accounting-related course
Experience in a Bank preferably in Loans Department is a plus
Good communication skills
Organized and systematic
Knows how to multitask
Can handle work with minimal supervision
Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office (MS Word & MS Excel)
