Proven work experience Accounts Payable.
Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular)
Excellent analytical and time management skills
Tasks & responsibilities
Handles and reviews Accounts Payable.
Checks transactions and its supporting documents for mathematical accuracy, validity, reasonableness and completeness: Revolving fund replenishment, Cash advance liquidation, reimbursements and Purchase requisition/Purchase order
Prepares and records month-end closing entries
Ensures timeliness and accuracy of reports/requirements submitted.
Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
Others that Management may assign from time to time relevant to job positions.
