ENCODER (Accounting Staff)
Responsible for accurately inputting and recording financial data into the company's accounting system. This role ensures the integrity and accuracy of financial records, supporting the organization's overall financial operations
Daily recording of financial transactions
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures.
Updating and keeping Books of Accounts and Ledgers.
Performing reconciliations of accounts
Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
must have typing accuracy.
must have communication skills.
must have good time management.
Ability to search and collect data.
Ability to multitask.
