A/P Responsibilities:
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Maintaining historical records
Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks
Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
Continuing to improve the payment process
Requirements:
Profesional in creating and managing excel & Database
Has an experience in working on google drive and spreadsheet
Must be proficient in using G-suit & Quickbooks online
ACCOUNTANT 1 - 2-5 years working experience in general accounting
ACCOUNTANT 2 - more than 5 years working experience in general accounting
BPO experience or works in Accounting Firm
Experienced in working with foreign employees is an advantage
English proficient (can communicate well)
Must be residing in Makati or nearby areas
Working hours is 10:00AM - 07:00PM
Accountant 1 - Salary Budget: 30k - 33k Monthly
Accountant 2 - Salary Budget: 30k - 35k Monthly
