JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handles the client overall financial aspects
Posting of general ledger transactions into accounting software
Balances subsidiary accounts by preparing reconciling entries
Balances general balance by preparing trial balance
Monthly reporting of Financial Reports such as Profit or Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
Assist in the preparation of Management Report
Interact with clients to resolve the outstanding issues
Prepare and complete any assigned government filing requirements
Prepare tax compliances of clients
Prepare payroll computation
Perform other accounting functions that maybe assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
Accounting graduate or equivalent.
Strong reporting and financial analytical skills and keen attention to details
Interpersonal and has the ability to work with minimal supervision
Highly proficient in both Microsoft Word and Excel
Able to prioritize and complete assigned tasks timely
Preferably has experience to general accounting, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
