JOB DESCRIPTION
• Records transactions in the books of account
• Responsible for posting and preparation of actual sales report
• Responsible to match client's payment and company receivable.
• Prepares summary of all checks and check vouchers.
• Responsible for the preparation of drafts in the income statement to be submitted to the accounting supervisor.
• Prepares collection summary for posting transaction in the cash receipt book
• Responsible for filing all checks and check vouchers and their corresponding supporting documents
• Checking of deduction to collections
• Responsible for the summary of cash and check disbursement
• Responsible for monitoring the accounts receivable.
• Responsible for the inventory of fixed assets.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Accounting technology
• Has knowledge of all accounting processes.
• Willing to be assigned in Sampaloc, Manila
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Salary: Php14,820.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
