Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily sales and inventory report of the assigned stores.
Responsible for the preparation and reporting of monthly financial statements of the assigned stores.
Responsible for the preparation, computation, and processing of commissions, charges, and wastage.
Responsible for the monitoring of Accounts Receivable of the assigned stores.
Responsible for tracking, recording, and reporting expense reports.
Preparation of Request for payment, check vouchers, and checks
Other Duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Accounting Technology
· Preferably with at least Two (2) years of work experience in the same capacity
· Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with minimal supervision
· Good written, verbal communication and collaborative skills
· Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
· Detail and results oriented
· Outstanding work ethics and integrity is a must
