JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Similar experience as Accounting Staff or relevant role in accounting.
Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel; very good with spreadsheets.
Knowledge of an accounting information system is a plus.
Good math skills.
Attention to detail.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Billing to Consignees
Checking Debit Note / Credit Note from Agents.
Issuance of Debit Note to Warehouse.
Request for Local Charges from Shipping Lines and Co-loaders.
Costing Import Shipments.
Incentives of Clients and Sales.
Sending Billing to Consignees
Assisting Payment of Consignee / Clients
Filling of Billing Invoices.
Other Duties maybe required
