Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with minimum of 3 years experience
· Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
· Understand accounting and financial processes
· Knowledge in cost accounting is an advantage
· Must be honest, detail-oriented, and a team player
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update the following schedules; (a) AR-Aging detailed and Summary, (b) Monitoring customers' account balances and (c) Monthly sales and weekly collection reports
· Retrieval of payment details to customers' portal (Robinsons, SM Group and Metro Retail Gaisano, etc.)
· Prepare and compute price list.
· Prepare customer's statement of accounts and follow-up payments.
· Identify and resolve Account Receivable discrepancies.
· Organize and keep files of pertinent documents.
