QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Management, Accountancy or equivalent;
With at least 1-year relevant accounting functions,
Flexible and fast in picking up instructions, analytical, willing to extend working hours
Personable with excellent oral and written communication skills
Computer proficient
Must be Good Team Player, Resilient and Adaptable
Having multi-tasking skills
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for petty cash and check voucher
Monitor the payables records, aging report and payment monitoring report
Perform the accounting and clerical functions
Prepares weekly cash position report
Maintains and keep up to-date files/records and reports and ensure all documents are properly filed and stored for reference of the Company.
Performs other assigned tasks from time to time
