REQUIREMENTS
Must be a BS Financial Management and Accounting Graduate, BS Accounting Technology Graduate, BS Accountancy graduate
CPA license is not required but will be a huge advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze and record business transactions to accounting books
Prepare accounting reports, schedules, summaries and government reports
Review and reconcile account balances
Monitor completion and submission of government reports
Maintain proper communication with assigned clients regarding their accounting and tax matters (either email, call, virtual, meeting one on one or fieldwork)
Maintain organize filing of documents and records
Ensure that the accounting books of assigned clients are up to date (either manual, looseleaf or computerized)
Perform payroll computation for assigned client.
Perform registrations and/or other related services for assigned client.
Manually write manual books or prepare looseleaf book of accounts.
Fieldwork to client office, banks and other government agencies, as needed.
Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
