· Analysis of Account Monthly - Fixed Assets-Depreciation of Assets
· Analysis of Account Monthly - Miscellaneous Prepaid Expense - Amortization and Adjustment
· Analysis of Account Monthly - Advances from Customers - Down payment by Distributors
· Analysis of Account Monthly - Advances of Officer and Employees
· Analysis of Account Monthly - Advance from Affiliates
· Accounts Receivable, if schedule but usually end of the month.
· Preparation of Journal Voucher 5 - Depreciation of Assets
· Preparation of Journal Voucher 6 - Amortizations of Misc. P. Expenses
· Preparation of Journal Voucher 7 - Accrual of 13th to 15th Monthly pay
· Preparation of Journal Voucher 9 - Monthly Entry for Salary
· Preparation of Journal Voucher 19 - Other Adjustment
· Preparation of Vat on Sales, Input Tax Attachment, CDB, and Schedule of Other purchases on monthly basis
· Preparation of Vat Relief on Sales and Purchases on monthly basis
· Preparation for Statement of Account for Collection - Overdue Accounts
· Filling and Other Task given by the supervisor
