Responsible for directing the periodic financial analysis, maintenance of accounting records and the effective implementation of the company's accounting systems and procedure.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reconcilation and review of various account balances for reporting purposes.
Responsible for reconciling bank and book transactions, ensuring all bank transactions were accounted and reconciled.
Consolidate and analyze financial statement of the company. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of reported data.
Management of team's activities by planning, organizing and controlling the activities of the team members.
Conducting regular meetings to discuss issues and status of work activities.
Recommends operating guidelines and policies related to the department functions, as well as training programs to upgrade the skills of team members.
Preparation of various reports as requested by the chief finance offer by gathering financial data, analyzing the information and writing the report.
Perform other duties or tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
