ACCOUNTING STAFF
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain up to date billing system. Generate and send out invoices.
Follow-up on, collent and allocate payments.
Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines. Perform account reconciliation.
Monitor customer account details for non-payments,delayed payments and other irregularities.
Research and resolve payment discrepancies. Generate age analysis if needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Management Accounting, Accounting, or Accounting Technology.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skills: Computer literate ; with experience in SAP is an advantage
