Cleanmatic Services Inc. is urgently in need of:
ACCOUNTING STAFF/ Billing and Collection
Responsibilities:
- Account reconciliation of "Billing, Payroll, Mandatories and Claims"
- Sorting and filling of documents.
- To trace payments and unbilled revenues
- Prepares report of findings and recommendation as a result of reconciliation and audit
- Check completeness of payroll files, reconciliation of payroll credits to employees.
- Able to test accuracy of payroll credits and identify the employees on LOA are tally against the actual respective payroll prepared for that period
- Check completeness of and accuracy of remittances of mandatories
- To trace and check the validity of claims of resigned employees.
Qualifications:
- Preferably with 1-2 years' experience as Accounting Staff
- College Graduate of Accountancy
- Can do work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Must be keen in all documents
- Must be flexible
- Willing to be assigned at Binondo Manila
