Accounts Receivables monitoring for Business Partners. 3. Collate Business Partners VIP payment for all regions. 4. Reconciliation of Security Deposit and Partners Fee. 5. Prepare and update Business Partner's information specifically bank details. 6. Prepare accounting entries for Business Partners transactions. 7. Daily POD cancellation. 8. Reconcile Palawan Express transactions versus actual remittance to Metrobank. 9. Processing Palawan Express billing statement for service charge monthly. 10. Updating and safekeeping of BDO passbook. 11. Cascade effectively to Regional Finance any policy, procedures and standards required by the Head Quarters. 12. Performs other ad hoc tasks assigned ABOUT YOU 1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 2. Good interpersonal skills 3. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. 4. Strong organization and project management skills. 5. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and relevant software. EDUCATION AND EXPREIENCE: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field. 2. At least 3 year relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting or similar field preferred. 3. Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.
