Monitor and follow up on client receivables; record and post collections in the accounting system, verify deposits with slips and vouchers, and coordinate with internal liaisons to support billing, submission tracking, and payment follow-up.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles. Willingness to learn BIR/SEC compliance processes.
Proficient with MS Excel and comfortable learning accounting systems.
Strong attention to detail, organization and deadline-driven mindset.
Good communicator - clear follow-up skills with clients.
Comfortable with occasional travel to Siquijor when required; remote support is the default.
Professional, dependable, and able to handle monitoring duties.
