• Prepare Books of Account
• Ensure accurate and timely reports from the store branches
• Prepare cash position reports, bank reconciliation, lapsing schedules, prepaid asset account schedule and other general ledger schedules
• Prepare and post all journal entries to the general ledger
• Assist the Finance AVP in the conduct of audit and audit reports
• Preparation of budget and management reports
Qualifications:
• Willing to render overtime as needed
• Willing to report to work from Mondays to Saturdays
• Knowledgeable in QuickBooks software
