Job Descriptions
An Accounting Specialist is responsible for maintaining the received documents to be processed that is accurate and clear. And work closely with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Prepares monthly profit and loss report, and filing of released cheques.
Receiving of documents to be processed.
Shall be responsible for document validation and preparation of Payable Voucher and Collection Voucher, and cheque printing.
Shall be responsible for monitoring of claims & warranty
Shall be responsible for identifying claimable items & if under warranty.
Shall be responsible for preparation of monthly Profit & Loss Report.
Shall be responsible for securing of signatories' signature in all processed cheques.
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Accounting Specialist: 2 years (Preferred)
