The Job:
The ServerHub Accounts Payable Specialist role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to resolve routine accounts payable issues. This position will be responsible for the timely invoice entry and processing of vendor payments. This position may also be assigned special projects.
Requirements:
Monitor AP mailbox for incoming invoices to be processed and paid
Develop and maintain AP process and procedures
Ensure that invoices are coded and entered into Archive in a timely, accurate manner
Ensure timely processing of audit of vendor and employee time submissions via HubStaff
Ensure correct Purchase Order matching and proper approvals are obtained
Follow up on invoice approval\/processing issues
Resolve invoice to PO matching discrepancies and/or overbilling issues with vendors
Process weekly payment run consisting of Check, ACH, Wire and PayPal payments
Verify proper approval with leadership on all invoices submitted for payment
Maintain Vendor records on an on-going basis
Assist with special projects as needed, such as system implementations
Must Haves:
Experience with using Google Suite products (Google Sheets or Excel, Docs)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2+ years Experience in either Accounts Payable or Accounting
Knowledge of general accounting procedures - specifically those related to accounts payable
A fully functioning workstation and a quiet place to work (When Working Remote|
Accounts Payables and Receivable atleast 2 years of experience each
Payroll atleast 1 year and up experience
About the Job:
- Temporarily Work From Home ( Soon will Establish an office in Metro Manila )
- Fixed Graveyard shift ( Please do not apply if you are not willing to work at graveyards shift)
- Fixed Saturday and Sunday day offs
- 8 hours/day and 40 hours a week
