We are looking for an Accounting specialist to join or Global Accounting team. The position requires a well‐rounded individual who has demonstrated the ability to deliver results in a high‐growth, dynamic, and fast‐paced environment. You will be a key player in the accounting team, from being responsible for auditing worldwide expense reports, accounts payable invoice processing and handling vendor queries, as well as assisting with ad‐hoc accounting tasks. Reporting to the US Accounts Payable Manager and working closely with the UK and US HQ team, this is a multifaceted role and a unique opportunity to learn from the best across a wide range of areas.
What you'll do:
Audit worldwide expense reports for compliance with Company policy and process them for payment
Post AP invoices
Key point of contact for employee expense query resolution
Key point of contact for vendor query resolution
Ad hoc reporting on expenses
Posting of the monthly T&E accrual
Assist with posting ad hoc journal entries as required
Assist the finance and accounting team with other ad‐hoc tasks and projects as needed
The ideal candidate:
3‐5 years accounting experience
Coupa experience
Concur experience
Netsuite experience a plus
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
Experience working in a global organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to proactively manage his or her own work streams as
needed
A team player who excels at building relationships across the organization while adhering to tight deadlines with a positive demeanor
Excited to work and contribute to a fast‐growing, fast‐paced accounting team in a growing and relevant company
Ability to work remotely and communicate well with overseas teams (UK, EMEA, US andAsia‐Pac)
