ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST [WORK FROM HOME]
 
Responsibilities:
Manage the chart of accounts and financial records using QuickBooks Online (QBO) or Intuit back-end systems.
Maintain and optimize AI tools and systems, staying current with industry trends.
Data Management & Admin: Organize data for proposal quotes using Ignition software, onboard new clients, and manage calendars.
Prioritize quality deliverables over strict hours, working on a results-driven schedule.
Proactively learn and improve skills, taking ownership of projects.
Qualifications:
Experience with Quickbooks Online or Intuit back-end systems.
nderstanding of AI tools and a willingness to learn.
Strong data management and administrative skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
