Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Business or Financial-related field.
Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant for at least 6 months.
Proficient in MS Office.
Good communication skills. Highly organized and with the ability to multi-task. Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines.
Job Description:
Primarily responsible for efficient, accurate, and timely accomplishment of reports required by the Accountant.
Financial Reporting:
Assists in accurate and timely reporting of all financial data
To mark as "CLOSED" all check vouchers under Accounts Payable in the system
To arrange all check vouchers for the month according to check series and EFT for double checking of entries in Quickbooks.
Matching/Checking of all borrowed items documented by STF
Encoding of journal entries to Quickbooks
Checking of all check vouchers for processing of payment
Checking of Monthly Sales and Credit Card Summary:
Checking of supporting documents against Cash Tray Reports encoded by Web Admins
Checking sales data encoded by Web admins in the Sales Report excel file based on Cash Tray reports and various POS reports emailed by store if correct
To match the cash per sales report as against validated deposit slips or Statement of Account from respective sales depository bank.
To check all A/R transactions in POS if matched with the Settlement/Transaction report provided online app/delivery partners (Grabfood,Food Panda, Pickaroo, Gcash, Paymaya, Paymongo)
Based on the credit card sales encoded, to check if the net credit card amount is credited to store's bank account.
Checking of Replenishments Initially Checked by Admin Assistant for Voucher Preparation
BIR Deadlines:
Quarterly reports- Alphalist of Payees Subject to Witholding tax
E-sales reporting of all POS terminals in the stores.
