Ensures the correctness and accuracy of accounting records within the company guidelines on accounting procedures and preparation.
Bookkeeps and safe-keeps records.
Prepares purchase orders and delivery receipts.
Reviews and validates prices and product specification from various suppliers to determine which would provide the best deal and complies with requirements.
Creates and maintains purchasing files and price list.
Conducts regular checks with suppliers and internal storage to determine inventory on hand.
Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Strong analytical and planning skills
Proficient with MS Office
