Description:
We are seeking for an Accounting Personnel that will be assigned to our Tissue Culture Laboratory.
» Will encode and produce laboratory monthly sales reports.
» Analyzing data encoded in monthly sales reports.
» Receiving and processing of purchase orders from clients and requests for sales items to the purchasing team.
» Responsible for updating inventory quantity in QuickBooks.
» Process sales orders of laboratory items.
» Responsible for answering inquiries, sending quotations and price lists to the customers and clients.
» Organizes filling.
Requirements:
» Any Associate, Vocational, or Diploma degree or higher, preferably courses with educational focus on Accounting, Finance or Business Management.
» Preferably with at least 1-2 years of practice in accounting and inventory management.
» Computer literate with a high degree of verbal, written, and numerical articulacy. Must be organized, neat, detail-oriented, and disciplined.
» Persevering, efficient, and diligent, with a strong sense of professional discretion, ethics, and personal integrity.
» Job Assignment in Pasig City, Metro Manila.
