Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording.
Transcribe, scan or photocopy hard copy documents and forms as needed
Self-audit work checking for errors or duplication.
Assure files are properly prepared and saved to backup drives. Organize and maintain original paperwork, evidence/proof in a logical and manageable manner.
Adhere to and meet set schedules and deadlines.
Report any major errors or inconsistencies to immediate supervisor.
Maintains integrity of confidential information.
Perform any other offie tasks that management requires asssitance with (sending e-mails, answering phone calls, etc.).
Attention to Details
Good communication and organizational skills;
Knowledge on Basic Accounting Terms
Knowledge on Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable is a Plus
