Position Purpose
The Accounting Operations Manager oversees all Inventory, Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) activities performed for the Joint Ventures and Luxasia Philippines.
Principal Accountabilities:
Responsible for the proper implementation of the Inventory, A/R and A/P activities and its compliance to group and legal norms;
Manage and cascade of Inventory, A/R and A/P initiatives to 3rd party providers;
Monitor the execution of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with 3rd party providers;
Monitor and manage the status of open Purchase Orders and Good Receipt;
Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of all necessary tax reports such as EWT, CWT and VAT filing; and quarterly and annual income tax returns
Handles coordination with the region for Customer, Vendor and Asset creation to SAP;
Responds to vendor queries;
Handles inventory, A/R and A/P reports generation and analysis, recommends action items base on results.
Responsible for the career development of its direct reports which includes performance appraisal, career pathing, training and development.

Requirements
Education/Experience:
Graduate Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related business course
Preferably holds CPA license.
Exposure in taxation and BIR audits
SAP FI experience is required
