We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Officer to join our dynamic team at La Clinic Medical Ph. As an integral part of our finance department, the Accounting Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Billing and Collection. Preparing and sending billings to clients. Ensuring timely collection of payments.
Financial Record Keeping. Maintain and update financial records, including but not limited to general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Month-End Closing. Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Bank Reconciliation. Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Financial Analysis. Prepare financial statements and reports for review by management, providing insights and analysis as needed.
Compliance. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulations Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and best practices.
Audit Support. Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration. Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary financial information and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an Accounting Officer or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
4. Proficient in the use of accounting software (Quickbooks) and MS Excel.
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
8. Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
