To manage all financial and accounting operations and reporting of the company as required by management/or regulatory bodies
To provide guidance to management on the issues regarding accounting, tax, cash flows, disbursements and other treasury operations and on the impact of new accounting and reporting of standards and tax filings, if any.
To review and monitor adequate provisions for ROPA and if needed, submit appropriate recommendation to management to comply with provisioning requirements of regulatory bodies.
To act as a checker or an approver on the monthly schedules of bills payable and short/long term borrowings, including deposit placements and time deposits
To perform other related duties and tasks that may be assigned or delegated from time to time by the superiors or management.
Bachelor's/College Degree in BS Accountancy or related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is preferred but not required
A minimum of three (3) years of working experience in a similar role, including supervisory responsibilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, functions, and entries.
Strong understanding of financial reporting and tax filing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
Knowledge of relevant accounting software is a plus.
