Job Description
Role Summary:
The Accounting Officer prepares fair and complete financial statements that comply with generally accepted accounting principles, regulatory requirements and industry practices.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare fair and complete financial statements that comply with generally accepted accounting principles, regulatory requirements and industry practices.
Responsible for the monthly reporting of all general ledger reconciliations, monthly and annual financial statements
Prepare accounts analysis and schedules • Prepare bank reconciliation
Review revenues and expenses against budget
Perform other related tasks as may be assigned
Comply with regulatory requirements, company and group policies; maintain compliance awareness
Minimum Qualifications
Relevant educational qualifications, a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
With at least 3 years of relevant working experience in finance/treasury. CPA (highly preferred)
Experience in banking or investments industry, with working knowledge of asset management products (highly preferred)
Strong analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail.
Show flexibility and ability to adapt to changing work environment and requirements, work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Knowledgeable of PFRS.
Good communication skills both written and oral.
