Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Candidate must be BS Accounting.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Expertly handle the accounting of all transactions for the parent company as well as its subsidiary's project site accounting requirements
Reconcile accounts, resolving discrepancies and collaborating across various Finance and non-Finance functions effectively
Monitor inventory transactions, prepare appropriate entries, record inventory variances
Prepare monthly summary of inventory transactions for monthly financial presentation.
Analyze and post journals, produce data analysis and reports and assist with variance analysis
Prepare accurate month-end close reports and financial statements, call out problems detected
Assemble the annual audit information for external auditors
Filing and payment of various BIR tax requirements, preparation of schedules and reconciliations
Compliance to tax regulations, licensing requirements and assistance to tax audits
As a key player in the accounting process, recommend how to improve efficiency using automation
Senior Accounts payable Officer
Job description:
Prepare weekly reports for Cash advances and liquidation.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement for the parent and subsidiary.
Prepare lapsing schedule of Subsidiary company and create necessary adjustments.
Review lapsing schedule of Parent Company and create necessary adjustments.
Review status of Refundable deposits.
Review and post Accounts payable and Journal voucher.
Review monitoring of weekly check disbursements
Oversee the work of Accounts payable.
