Job Description
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports such as the financial statements, tax returns, and SEC reports.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
Prepare books of account for BIR submission
Prepare General Information Sheet in accordance with the mandates of SEC
Create table of accounts and entry assignments to proper accounts
Prepare, check, and analyze all accounting records
Manages the Accounting Operations of the company.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably with working knowledge in BIR regulations and other governmental requirements
Candidate must have good communication and analytical skills
Trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision
Required skill(s): Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
Experienced in Construction is a plus but not required.
