Initially, the selected candidate will start as part of accounting staff. But in a year or so, she has very good chance of growing into a supervisory role. She will start doing accounting work like filing, reporting and preparing financial statements. She will also be reporting directly to the GM, VP or President doing some stuff or assisting in any task related to any of those aforementioned positions. She will then oversee the accounting software, make sure all entries are correct and updated.
