Job Description:
1. Prepare statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
2. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
3. Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
4. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
5. Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
6. Resolve accounting discrepancies.
7. Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
8. Other duties as assigned by Department Manager
9. Adheres to company's Code of Conduct.
10. Gives equal respect to his/her superiors and fellow employees.
11. Performs other related duties and functions assigned by his/her superior.
Job Specifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
Must be a graduate BS Accountancy
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
Demonstrate analytical and quantitative skill
Ability to champion and influence new ideas for the execution of proposed strategies
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
