Responsibilities
Summarize books of accounts: Sales Register, Cash Receipts Book, Cash Disbursements Book
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Assist in processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statement
Update financial data in worksheet
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Inventory- Coordinate the schedule and other resources needed for conduct of physical count.
Minimum Qualifications
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
· With 3 years experience in Financial Statement, Inventory, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable
· Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft office applications
· Strong initiative, problem solving and interpersonal skills
· Strong attention to details, good in instruction
· Hardworking, organized and results oriented
· With knowledge in accounting software is an advantage
· Can work independently or with minimum supervision
· Willing to be assigned in San Juan
