Encode and prepare income tax, VAT payment using BIR ePayment system.
Prepare bank payment transfers to suppliers.
Monitor outstanding balance of clients and prepare a statement of account for clients with overdue balances.
Handle petty cash custodianship of the company.
Log payments made by clients either by checks or cash.
Assist in the conduct of physical inventory of materials.
Safe keep and in-charge of issuing the official receipt to clients.
Prepares to check payment vouchers for payment to local suppliers.
Recommend improvement to general accounting activities to ensure compliance with governmental and organizational procedures and policies, and to also ensure the most efficient and effective operations.
Manage accurate, reliable, and timely reporting for internal requirements.
Ensure compliance with required external and internal controls.
Provide metrics and specific reporting to senior management.
Assist in making key business decisions by providing special analysis.
Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance of Equivalent
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Organizational, verbal, and written communication skills a must.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.
