ACCOUNTING OFFICER
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 2-3 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Good understanding of accounting related concerns and data analysis methods.
Ability to multi-task effectively and adaptable to change.
Resourceful, hardworking, mature, and can maintain professionalism under any circumstances
Must be flexible, detail-oriented and result-oriented.
Knowledgeable in Tax laws and regulations and Finances
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the compliance to all updated government requirements specially filling of all income tax returns and submission of mandatory requirements of BIR/SEC etc.
Approval for 2307, checks and vouchers
Audit transmittal checks.
Facilitates the documents needed.
Prepares accounting reports for the management and executive teams.
Ensures that the day-to-day tasks related to accounting is accomplished and backed up
To prepare monthly, quarterly and financial year-end financial reports on a timely manner.
To maintain and develop accounting financial systems and internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax and regulatory requirements.
Complete required tax reporting in a timely manner.
Performs initial analysis of data.
Prepares documents in processing Business Permits.
Provides assistance relating to finances and budgeting.
Perform other related task assigned by the management.
PAYROLL SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

In-charge in the payroll process.
Ensures that the entries are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
Responsible with the payroll records, documents and forms.
Address any payroll related concerns.
Full understanding of government mandated benefits (SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth)
Updated in any changes hand by the government related to mandated benefits.
